How Can I Know Jesus?
We are so happy that you asked. This life is hard and we could not have endured all the pain and the brokenness without Jesus. We have been angry, hurt, devastated and in the lowest pits. We have yelled at God, cried out to Him and we have been silent. God has been here through it all. Even when we don't feel Him, we can see Him.
If there is something tugging at your heart and you know that you must make Jesus Lord of your life then please let us walk you through this.

The Bible says we have all sinned. Sin is anything and everything that we do that goes against God. In the Bible Romans 3:23 says "we have all sinned and we fall short of the Glory of God." Because of this sin we can't be in relationship with a Holy God. Our sin is dirty and God is pure and sinless but HE LOVES US SO MUCH that He made a way and His name is Jesus.
Jesus is real. He walked this earth, He lived as a man, He went through trials and struggles and yet He did not sin. He willingly died for us. For me, for you for all of us. He does not want anyone to perish and go to Hell. God wants us to have eternal life with Him in Heaven. Romans 6:23 says "The wages (the cost, the penalty) of sin is eternal death, BUT the gift of God is eternal LIFE in Jesus Christ our Lord" We deserve eternal death (Hell) because of our sins BUT God gave us the ability to received eternal Life (Heaven) IF we put our genuine faith in Jesus.
The Bible says in Romans 6:8 "But God demonstrates His own love for US, while WE were still sinners, Christ died for US. Jesus died for our sins. He is the Waymaker, He is the ONLY way!

Lastly Romans 10:9 says that "if we confess with our mouth Jesus is Lord and BELIEVE in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead we WILL be saved" Its not just confessing that you believe that Jesus lived and died on the cross and that He rose from the dead on the third day. It is not enough to just believe that He is the Son of God. You must believe that Jesus is Lord of your life and give your life to Him. Then you will be saved. Then you will have a heart change and you will feel it and chances are others will see it.

I give you my life and I want you to be in charge of it. Please teach me how to live for you. Please put people in my path that will help me learn about you. God, please open my eyes to see and understand the Bible. Lord, Thank you for saving me. I give you my life, lead me and teach me. In Jesus name I pray, AMEN.
